Please add the following condition to the 401 for this project:

1. The applicant must provide documentation of the Town of Mom'sville's approval
of the stormwater management plan for this project by providing EITHER:

• A valid approval letter from the Town of Morrisville indicating that the
proposed activity has an approved SMP and one copy of the approved SMP,
including plan details, calculations and other supporting information, OR

• A set of stormwater plan details and calculations stamped as "Approved" by
the Town of Morrisville..
