On February 2, 2017, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received a request from amec foster
wheeler on your behalf to revise the stormwater management plan that was approved by the Division on
January 27, 2012. The revision request is specific to the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Agreement.
The Division approves the revised 0&M Agreement as submitted on February 2, 2017.
