The feature i libeled as "A" on the attached ps initialed by Lia Myott and Susan Gale on October 19, 2006. The Divis" of Water Quality (DWQ) has I i cermined that the feature labeled as "A" on the attached map is an eph eral stream and is not subject to Le Neuse Buffer Rules. However, the pond that Stream "A" drains into is subject. This on-site determination ;li'Al expire five (5) years from the date of this letter. :.tipowners or affected parties that dispute a determination made by the DW at a surface water exis s and that subject to the buffer rule may request a determination by the Director. You must ac within 60 days of the date that you cive this letter.
