The Axiom folks will plan to add an additional veg plot when they go out to do year one measurements within
zone C of the Phase 1.
When we finish with the other revisions, what do you need for us to submit? Paper copy? Digital? Or both?

Hey Mike,
I have finalized my review of the Neville Farms AsBuilt Report received on March 10, 2017. The report was
very thorough and organized. I have just a few comments that I'd like you to address prior to final
approval. Please see comments provided below:
As shown on page 3 of 3 of the AsBuilt Survey, there is no plot representing the vegetation in Zone C of
Phase I. However, there are multiple plots representing Zone A/B. Please move or add a plot into
Zone C. No additional baseline vegetation data is being requested.
Submit a brief memo (1 paragraph) to attach to the AsBuilt Report (i will insert the page before Page
1). This memo needs to reference Appendix G and state briefly that there were some changes to the

conservation easement boundaries from what was proposed in the BPDP that resulted in changes of
buffer and nutrient offset credit amounts.
Table 1C needs to be revised to show totals of Preservation separate from Restoration. Additionally,
add a reference below this table for Appendix G since that appendix explains the calculation changes
and provides the approval from planning.
If you have any questions regarding this correspondence, please let me know. Once you have submitted
documentation addressing comments 1-3 above, DWR will issue the next credit release.
