Inspection Summary
Met with Mr Noel Lyons, President, Mr Steve Cockman, Operations Manager, and Mr Anthony Teachey, Plant Manager
to review and discuss the facility's compliance schedule of activities Facility's Certificate of Coverage authorizes
stormwater only discharges, however since issuance of permit coverage in August 2012 the facility has reported no
discharges and therefore has no analytical data with which to compare to the benchmark values A Stormwater Pollution
Prevention Plan has been developed and DMRs indicating no flow have been recorded and submitted to Central Files as
required by the permit To date, facility personnel have cleaned out their two stormwater basins and placed rock check
dams and filter socks along drainage paths leading to the basins There are plans to vegetate the area where material in
windrows has been relocated to further assist with potential pollutant removal At the time of inspection, the facility
appeared to be well managed with majority of operational activities kept under roof
