In light of these modifications, we have realized that another Neuse Buffer crossing must be reviewed and approved. We have also realized that our previous Buffer Crossing, Crossing No. 3, as designated on the original application, is not an infringement at all, due to the entire crossing being performed by directional bore below the stream, to prevent impacts. You will notice that Crossing No. 3 now designates the new gravity sewer crossing of an unnamed tributary to Toisnot Swamp. Please find attached for your review and approval Four (4) copies of each of the following items: Pre -Construction Notification Application Form (REVISED for Additional Buffer Crossing) Sheets 27 and 28 of 52 — Gravity Sewer Main Construction Drawing on Plan & Profile Revised Project Area on FIRM Panel, NC Soils Survey, and USGS Quadrangle Mapping Should you have any questions or require additional information, please do not hesitate to call.
