Please see NOI attached. I'm also sending you separately a copy of the full-size plans submitted.
We have received an application for coverage of an existing compost facility under NCG 24 from McGill Environmental
Systems of NC, Inc. The facility drains to an UT to Shaddox Creek (class WS -IV) in New Hill (Chatham County). They have
vehicle maintenance, but no haz. waste. Ken has also looked through this one, and does not have any issues with
issuing. Does the RRO have any concerns about issuing this facility a COC for this general permit?
