In accordance with Part 1, Section C, 2b we request on extension of 6 months to develop a schedule of activities to achieve full compliance with the requirements of this permit. Due to limited rainfall and limited outfall flow we do not have sufficient data to determine what additional BMP's (best management practices), if any, are needed to insure compliance.
