General Permit No. NCG240000
Certificate of Coverage No. NC240005
Dear Mr. Smith:
McGill Environmental Systems was issued a certificate of coverage on August 13, 2012.
In accordance with Part 1, Section C, 2b we request on extension of 6 months to
develop a schedule of activities to achieve full compliance with the requirements of this
permit. Due to limited rainfall and limited outfall flow we do not have sufficient data to
determine what additional BMP's (best management practices), if any, are needed to
insure compliance.
Thank you for your consideration. Please do not hesitate to call me with any questions.
Sincerely,
Steve Cockman
Operations Manager
