The Division of Water Resources received the Year 3 Monitoring Report for the above -referenced
site submitted January 2017 by Division of Mitigation Services (DMS).
Vegetation success criteria for this site is an average density of 320 stems per acre of planted species
surviving after five monitoring years. Vegetation data was collected in October 2016. Overall, site
conditions appear good and vegetation data results show stem densities higher than the required
320 stems/acre. Additionally, no encroachment within the easement boundaries was noted in the
report.
