I have reviewed the information sent to me about the Asheville 2015 Water Distribution Projects Group 2 — Mt
Carmel and Tiny Farms Subdivision project, which would temporarily impact 20 feet of an unnamed tributary
to Lee Creek in Buncombe County.
Project activities would not have impacted trout resources and did not need to be avoided during a trout
moratorium.
