The Division of Water Resources received a draft Bank Parcel Development Package (BPDP) for the
above -referenced site on July 29, 2016 for review and approval under the terms and conditions of the
Tar -Pamlico Umbrella Mitigation Banking Instrument (LIMBI). The UMBI was made and entered
into by Greene Environmental Services, LLC (GES), acting as the Bank Sponsor, and the DWR on
May 1, 2013. DWR received revised drafts of the BPDP on November 29, 2016 and January 9, 2017.
On February 10, 2017, the BPDP received electronically on January 9, 2017 was placed on public
notice. DWR received no comments regarding the subject BPDP. The BPDP received on January 9,
2017 is now approved. Please mail DWR a hard copy of the approved BPDP in color along with a
CD.
According to the credit release schedule outlined in your UMBI approved on May 1, 2013, the
following items are required prior to receiving your first credit release of twenty percent:
Conservation easement approved by DWR
Financial Assurance documents if applicable
