Loughlin WWTP experienced upset conditions that resulted in elevated BOD levels in the effluent. This resulted in an exceedance of both a weekly and monthh, BOD limits and an NOV was issued. This was thouLht to be a result of wastewater accepted through the CFPUA Pretreatment Program from Southeast Response and Remediation., This has been the only significant exceedance from this facility in the last 3 years. Provide input to help the permit writer evaluate any requests for reduced monitoring, if applicable. - None 12. MLSS and MLVSS sampling is performed daily and the_primary control point for this system is the adjustment of wasting rates. Typically sludge is wasted six (6) days per week. When solids are digested and thickened they are transported either to the M'Kean Maffitt (Southside) WWTP or directly to the application site where they are blended before or during application.
