Subject: Sampson 17 LIBR Application & PJD Request
Brad and Joanne, please find attached the PJD and LIBR application for the replacement of Sampson Bridge
No. 17 over Crane Creek on SR 1146 (Moseley Ave.) in Sampson County (17BP.3.R.50). The scoping meeting
for this project was held on 3/23/16. Brad, again you were not present for this FSM. I did review the
wetlands with Robert and his efforts appeared to be accurate. There are wetlands on the SW quadrant but
they were outside of the study area. SB was deemed an intermittent stream but is outside of the
project/study limits. You can see the contours of this feature on the permit drawing.
