The bridge will be replaced in place on existing elevation with a cored slab bridge. A silt fence will be used during bridge pile removal. A turbidity
curtain will be used during new bent installation and a silt bag with pump will be in place during the pump-around phase.
There will be no deck drains over Walnut Creek.
Traffic is being detoured offsite. Two energy dissipator pads will be installed. See attached cover letter for additional information.

Top down construction will be utilized, avoiding the need for a temp construction bridge and work pads
