Ok, so no bobcats, backhoes, or other excavator type equipment will be used. As such, major wetland soil disturbances
will not occur in these areas that are being hand cleared and therefore no buffer restoration is needed as existing veg
and seed will regenerate/germinate. Sounds good. Thanks for the explanation.

There is a lot of wetland/buffer hand clearing on this project (.30 acres). Which methods will DOT use to "hand clear";
and, explain how, following project completion, the buffers will be restored to preconstruction contours and
