RES is re -surveying the encroached easement boundary tomorrow morning and in conjunction, woven -wire fence is being installed. RES will provide photo documentation of the fence once completed. RES also plans to perform supplemental planting during March and April 2017. Please let us know if you need anything else. DWR recommends not using stems that are showing poor survivorship in your supplemental planting plan. Those stems that appear less suitable for this bank are shown in Table 3A and 3B in the monitoring report: Cherrybark Oak, Water Oak, TulipTree, River Birch. RES may select different species of hardwoods they fill may be better suited for this Bank and submit for approval prior to planting. Encroachment issues: Please send me a .pdf of the certified letter you sent to the adjacent landowner. DWR is highly supportive of installing woven wire fencing along the perimeter of the .44 acres near Plot 8 to reduce and hopefully eliminate the continuous encroachment issues. DWR is considering a reduction in credit with the next credit release and a final release when all remediation efforts have completed. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns. The property is owned by JBA Properties, LLC (Chuck Allen) and the easement is held by the North Carolina Wildlife Habitat Foundation. Please see attached map showing subject area. Ido vegetation cutting or mowing or vehicle access is permitted in this area at any time. It has come to oor attention that prohibited activities are occurring on the property. Field personnel have indicated that the amivitiezi are zio3pected to have originated at 266 Arrington Bridge Road.
