I've reviewed your request for a Corps NW 3 permit and Water Quality Certification for the repair of the fender system
on Bridge # 7 over the Roanoke River in Bertie County (state project # 41732.10; DWR project #20170218). Water
Quality Certification No. 3883 is issued for this activity. Written approval is not required for use of this certification
provided all the conditions can be met. If any of the conditions cannot be met, written approval will be required. It is
required that you consult with WRC regarding any established in-water work moratoriums as stipulated in condition #6
