I just have one comment which is a clarification under the Great Swamp - Sites 4A, 4B, 4C notes on page
4. The intent for the dry box culverts is to place the largest size culvert in without having to raise the grade any
higher. These dry culverts would be useful for many wildlife species, but since black bears are an issue here,
we talked about them more. The "minimum" 5-foot high opening pertains to the minimum height which we
think would be useful to black bears. Ideally, wildlife openings would be bigger and higher, but we did not
want to increase wetland impacts at this location with more fill.
