Len,
Sorry for the slow response time. You are correct that stormwater was not required
by Indian Trail for this project and therefore, a stormwater management plan must be
submitted to the DWQ for our review and approval. At this point, we have not
received any BMP Supplement Forms or-other information regarding stormwater
management for this project.

Plan is not required by Indian Trail - they only required detention. The 401 WQC
triggered the stormwater management plan. Wouldn't they submit the plans to you
for approval?
I'm currently verifying this with the civil engineer. Did they submit the plans,
worksheets, etc?
