Attached please find the LIBR Spreadsheet, PJD Form and Permit Drawings for B-5412. Bridge 7 along SR 1516 over West
Buies Creek in Harnett County. The project proposes <0.01 acre of Hand Clearing and 0.03 acre of Temporary Surface
Water Impacts. We had reviewed this project on February 7, 2017. At that time, we discussed the need to install a rock
causeway for access to drill the shafts for the pipe piles. Fabric will be laid under the rock and all material will be
removed.
