REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION: STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN
Dear Mr. McBride:
On June 26, 2008, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) issued a 401 Water Quality Certification to.
fill 0.012 acre of wetland and to impact 820 linear feet of an unnamed tributary to Larkard Creek in
order to construct the distribution center in Lincoln' County. In order to meet Condition 2 of the 401
Certification for this project, a stormwater management plan, dated June 12, 2008, was received by
the DWQ on June 13, 2008. The DWQ has determined that this stormwater management plan was
incomplete as discussed below.
Additional Information Requested:
1. Please provide a BMP Supplement Form for each proposed best management practice that
will be used on the site (including both worksheets, Design Summary and Required Items
Checklist), as well as all of the required items. The BMP Supplement Forms are available on
the DWQ web site at: hM2://h2o.enr.state.nc.us/su/bmp forms.htm.
The DWQ will require the above additional information to finalize review of the stormwater
management plan for the subject property. Please provide the following information so that we may
continue to review your project. You are welcome to contact me at 919-715-3425 if you have
