Sludge Management Plan Wieland Copper Products,LLC Permit No. NC0035173 Every 3 months approx. 2000 gallons of sludge is pumped from the aerobic digester by Carolina Backhoe & Septic Tank and hauled to the Archie Elledge Wastewater Treatment Plant located on the southwest side of Winston-Salem,NC for proper disposal.
