Earlier today I requested a reply in regards to my submission of 17BP.6.R.60 / Bridge 230126 / SR 1005 / Columbus
County. Joanne has pointed out that the Cover Letter stated a Nationwide Permit #14 and WQC 3886 was
required. That got by my review and since this is a low impact bridge with minimal impacts, the NWP#3 is appropriate
have revised the submitted Cover Letter to request NWP#3 (see attached).
Sorry for any confusion that this might have caused.
