It didn't require a 404 permit and by default there was no 401, so I
didn't know what to do with it. I couldn't put "issued" or anything
like that, so I was unsure of what to do with it. I told Ian about it
well before the due date, but I forgot to ask him what to put down in
BIMS. Let me know what I need to do about it in BIMS. My bad, sorry.
