I had sent this Low Impact Bridge submittal to you on Jan. 24, 2017 (see below) and have not heard any reply. The
mitigation letter from DMS was also forwarded to you. Since the impacts are small, you can just acknowledge the
project is consistent with Nationwide Permit #3 and I'll send out the permit conditions to the design-build team.

Attached is the LIBR Spreadsheet and Permit Drawings for Bridge 230126 over Gum Swamp along SR 1005 in Columbus
County. The project has 0.04 acre of wetland impacts that will be mitigated through DMS at a ratio of 2: 1(mitigation
letter will be forwarded by DMS upon acceptance).
