A written authorization for a 401 Water Quality Certification will be required for this project. Please note that the following must be received prior to issuance of a 401 Water Quality Certification. Additional Information Requested: 1. Your application must include a request for a Buffer Authorization and a 401 Water Quality Certification adequate to address 1,000 square feet of permanent impacts to Zone 1, 2,800 square feet of impacts to Zone 2 and 50 square feet of temporary impacts to the streambed. 2. The 401 Certification cannot be processed until three (3) complete sets of the application and associated maps are received at the DWR Central Office in Raleigh along with the appropriate fee. Any large scale maps that are provided also need to include a copy of the site plans on a cd. One (1) data CD of full size plans in TIFF Group 4 format (black and white, not grayscale or color). Application Fee: The fee for applications is $240 for projects impacting less than one acre of wetlands/waters and less than 150 linear feet of streams (intermittent or perennial). Until the information requested in this letter is provided this project on hold. Also, this project will be placed on hold for our processing due to incomplete information (15A NCAC 2H .0507(a)).
