stormwater consistent with General Permit No. NCG200000 and Certificate of Coverage No. NCG200510.
The stormwater discharge outfall (SDO) monitoring report for April 2016 is attached. The April 2016
sampling event and the corresponding Tier Three response will be documented in TT&E's Stormwater
Pollution Prevention Plan.
