The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on -hold until all of the following information is received: 1. Need More Fee A review of the Pre -Construction Notification (PCN) Form indicates this application is for _242_ linear feet of stream impacts. Pursuant to 143-215.3D (e), a $570 permitting fee is required to process this application. Check # 2839 was applied; however, the remaining balance to remit is $330. Please remit a check to DEQ-DWR, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1617. Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(e) the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application.
