Yes Tracey sat on it for whatever reason I don't know. Came into our office on December 14, 2016 and I got it January
19, 2017 and I issued the Public Notice that day. It closes February 17, 2017 (next Friday) and from there I'll probably be
the one processing the permit. So where is my water quality certification for it? I don't want you holding me up when
I'm ready to roll. I'm a very efficient person!
