2015 (DWR project # 20150708).

I have attached a letter that is requesting a 7 day reprieve on the in-water work moratorium. The contractor has been
delayed by some concrete curing issues on the new bridge deck. They hope to have that resolved this week and able to
shift traffic over, so work can continue. Please let me know if you have any questions.
