I am looking at this again and afraid I messed up..what a surprise. The pink boundary and SF of offered monitoring include the
areas in teal and black, which I was what the applicant and me were attempting to justify should be excluded from his
responsibility. So,the actual area of wetland monitoring should be a total of 1,692SF of wetlands (3,425-183-1,370=1,692). The
stream remains unchanged.
I have Stimmel revising the drawing to only include the 1,692 SF of wetlands and the 61 LF of stream. Will that be enough
documentation or do I need to do a new letter or handle some other way?
