The Division 6 Resident Engineer responsible for administering the contract has certified that the site was constructed according to construction plan sheets, with any exceptions noted in this As-Built Report. The following information has been included as part of the As-Built Report: 1) As-Built Plan Sheets (with adjustments highlighted in yellow), 2) Photo Point Locations and Vegetation Plot Map and 3) Planting Plan and Restoration Detail Sheets. The site will be monitored as described in the approved mitigation plan and associated permit requirements.
