' Analytical results not shown in the table above were below the permit limit.
2 Arsenic — Permit Limit 0.01 mg/L. For Well 2C on December 2, 2015, the aresenic level was 0.012 mg/L. Resample on January 4, 2017 was less than 0.01 mg/L.
3 Cadmium — Permit Limit 0.005 mg/L. Initial testing for cadmium conducted for samples collected on December 2 and 7, 2016 showed values less than 0.01 mg/L. This was a
result of the laboratory not performing the test to the proper level. Upon retesting all wells were below the level of 0.005 mg/L.
4 Metals - On December 7, 2016 for MW -2E all metals showed analytical reporting limits that were elevated due to a matix interference. Resample on January 4, 2017 and
subsequent analysis showed test results less than the permit limit for all metals.
