Seven Falls 404 Permit Application
Dear Mr. Brown,
The North Carolina Courts have removed Henderson County Government from
responsibility for the development bond funds for Seven Falls. Therefore, we are no longer
the applicant for the proposed 404 Permit.
We very much appreciate your understanding and patience with this process. Please do
not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Marcus A. Jo s, P.E.
