(Duke) is hereby submitting this Quarterly Progress Report. This quarterly progress report submittal covers activities and progress for the calendar quarter of January through March 2016. February 1, 2013. A follow up meeting to discuss the report was held on February 14, 2013. Approval of the report was received from DWQ in a letter dated March 11, 2013. (3)Begin Construction Construction status must be As detailed in the Construction schedule communicated in quarterly report. submitted May 3, 2013 and amended on October 17, 2013 and July 18, 2014: I. The partial Zero Liquid Discharge system for FGD wastewater began construction on January 28, 2013. As of March 31, 2015, construction of this system was 100%complete. The p-ZLD system was turned over to plant operations on February 15, 2015. In accordance with the terms of the SOC, notification of completion was filed on March 9, 2015. 2. The Dry bottom ash handling system began construction on December 14, 2012. As of March 31, 2014, construction of the project is 100%complete. In accordance with the terms of the SOC, notification of completion was filed on October 17, 2013. 3. The monofill to be used to receive partial ZLD conditioned ash began construction on September 17, 2012. As of December 31, 2014, Phase 1 of the monofill was 100% complete. Notification of the completion of the monofill was noted as part of the required quarterly report dated January 22, 2015. 4. Construction of the dry fly ash reliability project began on June 9, 2014 with the installation of some initial footers. This project is approximately 70%complete as of March 31, 2016, (4)End Construction Upon completion of construction written Pending completion of action item(3). notice must be provided to DWQ.
