In accordance with Part 1.C. Section E2 of NPDES Permit Number NC0038377, enclosed is the quarterly
2014 Stormwater Discharge Outfall 010 report for Carolina Power & Light Company d/b/a Progress
Energy Carolinas, Inc., now known as Duke Energy Progress, LLC (Progress) - NPDES Permit Number
NC0038377.
I cert , under penalty of law, that this document and all attachments were prepared under my direction or
supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified personnel properly gather and evaluate
the information submitted. Based on my inquiry of the person or persons who manage the system, or those persons
directly,responsible for gathering the information, the information submitted is, to the best of my knowledge and
belief true, accurate, and complete. 1 am aware that there a re significant penalties for submitting false

Attached are the analytical data for these areas of wetness as well as a map that indicates the
locations of these areas of wetness. Flow measurements and analytical samples were collected
on 08 February 2016. No flow was evident at S-33 on 08 February 2016; therefore, no samples
were collected. S-34 was sampled 01 March 2016, and we will supplement this update with the
data once it becomes available.
