Please review the Flows for the December 2015 DMR and submit a written response within 10 days of receipt of
this letter to this Office explaining why the Monthly Average Flow exceeded the permit limit by 87.5 %.
If the above parameter for pH was left off inadvertently, please send amended DMRs within 10 business days of
receipt of this letter to Raleigh at the address found on the front page of your DMR and also a copy to this office.
