Mooresville Regional Office staff further reviewed the Notice of Violation and Notice of
Recommendation for Enforcement Tracking No. NOV-2015-LV-0772 dated December 2, 2015 and
your written response to the subject violation. Based upon the review, this office will not pursue
additional enforcement actions against Knollwood Elementary School WWTP for the permit limit
violation noted on August 2015 self-monitoring report, Be advised that should noncompliance
continue, enforcement action, including the assessment of civil penalties, could be taken by the
Division of Water Resources in accordance with G.S. 143-215.6A (a)(2).
