A review of the November 2014 self-monitoring report for the subject facility revealed
monitoring violations of the following parameter at Outfall 001:

Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct any problems.
If the violations are due to transcription errors (data left off the discharge monitoring report [DMR])
please submit a revised DMR using the eDMR web application and forwarded two copies of the
revised DMR to this office along with a cover letter asking for rescission of the Notice of Deficiency.
