This submittal to the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Water Quality Division (WQD) includes the following information: ➢ NPDES Permit Application — Short Form C with Attachment; and ➢ Site Location Map. This NPDES Permit Renewal Application does not include a sludge management plan as the facility does not generate any solids related to the NPDES discharge. Also, due to the infrequent discharge and the low parameter effluent characteristics, Kinder Morgan requests removal of the Best Management Practices on Page A.(4) of the current NPDES permit. , Kinder Morgan appreciates the DEQ WQD assistance with this permit renewal.
