Attached is the revised page of the PCN with the buffer impacts on streams 3 and 4 removed. Also attached is the revised
buffer impact plansheet to match those edits. I’m glad we caught this now!

Dave – Attached is the email from Sue that we overlooked when we were compiling the buffer impact information. Streams 3 and
4, while jurisdictional, are not subject to the buffer rules. I’m working on getting the plansheet (and PCN) updated per this
documentation – I should have it to you this afternoon hopefully.

I left you a voicemail on this. Please review the attached. I highlighted in yellow where it appears that there are parallel impacts
related to buffers of Streams 3 and 4 that will need mitigation. These impacts are covered under “Road impacts other than
crossing of streams and other surface waters” in the Table of Uses.

Let me know if you have any questions. You will need to resubmit the PCN and revised maps reflecting the mitigable buffer
areas. Thanks.

be dropped off in your Raleigh office. The attached PDF does not include the Stormwater Plan, which is in the attached Excel file

(in NCDOT format). The full set of roadway plans were too large to attach, so I will send those to you under a separate email or
via FTS.
