update to the Excavation Plans for Asheville Steam Electric Generating Plant, Dan River
Combined Cycle Station, River5end Steam Station; and C.V. Sutton Electric Plant, please tied
attached UuRc Eneryy's 2Ulb updates to Mt:sv plans. As we explained in uur l9uvern5e 2u15
transmittal letter, and noted in each of the Excavation Plans; Duke Energy intends to update the
plans annually.
As reflected in the attached updates, Duke Eneryy nas acted diliyently and in youd taith
thruuyhuut the past year to meet its clusure ubliyatiuns at these fuer high-priurity sites in a
reasonable, prudent; and cost-effective manner. Another update to each of the Excavation
