My apologies!! I tried to send you an email on the afternoon of Wednesday, the 25th (after the meeting) from
my cell phone. However, after checking once I received your email on Friday, I checked my phone and saw
that it was still in the outbox. Sorry about that.

Our client would like to place the application on hold until we are able to submit additional information that is
required from both the US Army Corps of Engineers and NC Division of Water Resources. We hope to have
this information out to everyone by Friday, February 10. I will send a draft for everyone to review to make sure
we have covered all points. Once everyone is in agreement that we have provided all necessary information, we
will finalize the document and send back out to everyone.

Everyone:

The permittee contacted me this morning asking if the meeting scheduled for next Monday, January 9th could
be rescheduled ( I think something has come up for him, of a personal nature). I have talked to both Alan and
David today and both have provided days that they are unavailable in January. Those days are January 16, 23,
24, 26, 27, and 30.

That leaves January 25 and January 31. Do either of those days work for everyone? Please let me know.
