It was a productive meeting and we appreciate the guidance. Based on the owner needs and associated regulatory processes, we are going to proceed in a phased approach as we were leaning towards by the end of our meeting. Step 1 would involve applying for CAMA and Buffer Zone Authorization Modifications. We are updating the environmental permitting sheet and application for that at this time and anticipate being able to submit this by mid next week. This would allow Mr. Warlick to move to the construction phase and to be able to construct the necessary access ramp system in doing so. Step 1 does not propose any new roofed area, but the open deck area will increase in addition to the ramp. Step 2, which would ideally be initiated as soon as the Step 1 Modifications are in place, would be to apply for a DWR Major Variance through the EMC for increase roofed coverage based on "Purpose and Needs" in addition to the unique physical features of the property. It appears that the next meeting of the EMC would be March 8-9. I will be coordinating this through Jennifer Burdette and I will be keeping Anthony copied on items submitted for this.
