Comment: NPDES records were all in order. While visitinq the site, the the bridqe was beinq demolished. Durinq
that qrocess, a portion of the tarq underneath the bridqe tore loose and draqqed in the stream. The
contractor and DOT staff (Greq Crowell) stopped work and made repairs of the tarp.
