Sound associated with the replacement of Bonner Bridge. Water Quality Certification No. 3893 corresponds to the
Corps NW 33 and is issued for this activity (DWR project # 20160186 v.2). Written approval is not required for use of this
certification provided all the conditions can be met. If any of the conditions cannot be met, written approval may be
