Comment: The subject permit is effective from 10/3/14- 1/31/19:Keith Benton,the on-site
representative indicated that the facility will install a new treatment system.The new system
is in the final stages of the design stage, once the design is complete the permitee will be
looking to get a non-discharge permit.Assuming the permit will be approved the new non
discharge treatment will be installed during this coming school's summer break. Discharge
for the new system will be land applied by spray irrigation, rendering the NPDES permit
unnecessary.

Comment: In previous inspections it was determined that the sprinkler heads in the filter beds need to
be lowered in order to prevent overspray.Alternatively,the facility has raised the walls
around the filter beds. It was observed that raising the walls have solved the oversprav
problem and there was no evidence of over application on the filter bed edges.
