A review of the May 2014 self-monitoring report for the subject facility revealed a violation of the
following parameter at Outfall 001:

5/9/15 Temperature None Monitor 5 days per week
Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct the cause of the noted
violation. Unresolved violations may lead to the issuance of a Notice of Violation and/or assessments
of civil penalties by the Division of Water Resources.
If the violations are due to a transcription error (data left off the DMR) please submit an amended May
2014 DMR (two copies) to this office along with a cover letter asking for rescission of the Notice of
