Dear Ms. Higgins,
On February 1, 2017 Cube Yadkin Generation LLC acquired the Yadkin Hydroelectric Project,
No. 2197-073, which includes the following hydroelectric plants, from Alcoa Partner Generating
Inc.:
Falls Powerhouse
High Rock Powerhouse
Narrows Powerhouse
Tuckertown Powerhouse
The agreement became public on July 11, 2016 and has been widely publicized since then. On
December 12, 2016, FERC approved the license transfer. We are providing this letter as notice of
the transfer of the project in accordance with paragraph 4 of the Certificate, and kindly request
that the Water Quality Certificate Conditions for the Yadkin Project be re -issued with our name.
Please see the deed for the project lands and the FERC transfer order attached.
