Please see attached sample results for the Drip Irrigation Site as to date. In the correspondence dated January 9, 2009, the Aquifer Protection Section, Wilmington Regional Office agreed that TOC results could be used as elevated background concentrations. There was no need to consider moving these wells at this time.
